A Brief Company History:

Sikes Paper Company, Inc. was founded in 1974 by Mr. J. Howell Bowden. Originally known as Bowden Sanitary Supply, this small company sold janitorial chemicals and supplies to schools, churches and institutions in the metro Atlanta, Georgia area.

David Sikes purchased the company in April 1989 with the goal of creating Georgia’s finest janitorial/sanitary products distribution firm. The company expanded rapidly through the 1990’s and relocated several times to accommodate the growth.

In 2004, Sikes purchased a 60,000 square foot office & distribution facility located at 4600 Fulton Industrial Boulevard, just west of downtown Atlanta. Our new facility is on six acres of land which gives us plenty of flexibility to continue to expand to meet our customer’s needs.

Sikes Paper is proud of our team of ten sales professionals with a combined 160 years of sales experience in our industry! Our sales representatives provide consultative services and training in all aspects of cleaning and facility maintenance.

Our inside customer service staff is highly trained and dedicated to providing our customers with the excellent service they deserve and expect. We currently operate a fleet of eight Sikes Paper delivery trucks which allows us to provide service to most of North Georgia in a timely manner.

As we celebrate our 33rd year in business we gratefully acknowledge our wonderful customers who are the reason we exist. All of us in the Sikes Paper Company family work hard every day in pursuit of our goal - "to build the finest distribution company in Georgia!"
